Gas Networks Ireland ("GNI") is seeking to establish a new legal panel to support the inhouse legal team when advising and supporting GNI and any subsidiary, holding company or affiliated company of GNI, including GNI (UK) Limited, as well as any subsidiary of a subsidiary or holding company of GNI (the "Affiliates"). The work is divided into six Lots covering all practice areas: six Lots comprise work in the Republic of Ireland (incl. legal support solutions) and one Lot comprises work across the UK. Up to a maximum of 19 providers will be appointed across all Lots. Lot 1: 23/057 - Legal work in the Republic of Ireland Legal work in the Republic of Ireland across all practice areas listed in the Specification at Appendix 1 of the RFT and as more specifically described (by way of examples) in Annex 1 of Appendix 1. Lot 1 comprises the bulk of the legal work required by the Contracting Entity. Additional information: You must submit through the eTenders system before the deadline.
