Shannon Group plc wishes to engage a suitably qualified supplier for the provision of statutory audit services to Shannon Group plc and its subsidiaries (both direct and indirect) as applicable.

Description

The initial audit under the ‘Statutory Audit Agreement’ will be for the year ended 31 December 2022. SG is offering a three (3) year contract with the option to extend for a further two (2) periods of twelve (12) months each, but may be shortened in accordance with corporate governance requirements.
