Leistungsgegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Belieferung der 7 Mensen und von 5 Stu Bistros. Ziel ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit 1 Unternehmen. Der Leistungszeitraum beginnt am 1.2.2021 und endet für die ersten beiden Jahre am 31.1.2023. Der Vertrag kann von beiden Vertragsparteien mit einer 6-monatigen Kündigungsfrist zum Vertragsende des jeweiligen laufenden Vertragszeitraums ordentlich gekündigt werden. Der Vertrag verlängert sich automatisch um ein weiteres Jahr, insofern nicht innerhalb der genannten Kündigungsfrist gekündigt wird. Der Vertrag endet nach 2-malig möglicher Verlängerung automatisch, spätestens jedoch am 31.1.2025, ohne dass es einer Kündigung bedarf. Der Vertrag endet, wenn das Gesamtkontingent i. H. v. 538 000,00 EUR (netto) erreicht ist, auch vor Ablauf der o. g. Fristen. Leistungsgegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Belieferung der 7 Mensen und von 5 StuBistros mit Mehlspeisen TK.
