UHB operates across four main sites: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, Heartlands Hospital, Good Hope Hospital, and Solihull Hospital, as well as several remote sites. UHB IT Services manage a large infrastructure of computing and networking resources which underpin business critical applications across the hospital sites. University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB) is seeking a replacement ITIL-compliant ITSM system to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency. UHB requires a robust solution that aligns with industry best practices and supports the Trust's commitment to patient care.
