This notice concerns the establishment of a framework agreement regarding the acquisition of Nano Unmanned Aerial Systems (NUAS). The framework agreement will have a duration of 7 years. The NUAS will be used by the Danish Defence in order to obtain intelligence of enemy activities in unobserved closed areas when deployed in missions. The system shall be an airborne platform with one or multiple sensors which, in daylight and in darkness, shall make the operator able to detect and recognize personnel, equipment and vehicles. The system shall be portable by one dismounted soldier and one soldier shall be able to operate it alone. The NUAS shall be controlled and operated by a Ground Control Station/Human Machine Interface. As the NUAS is deployed in missions, high durability is required. The complete system shall be subject to a maximum weight of 2,5kg, this includes: A) Ground Control Station/Human Machine Interface, B) Nano Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(s) (NUAV) (If the day and night capabilities are mounted on separate NUAVs both NUAVs shall be included in weight calculation), C) Cables/Antennas, D) Batteries, E) Spare parts/Field Repair Kit, F) Storage media (if not built-in in the Ground Control Station/Human Machine Interface and G) Tactical bag(s) The items included shall enable a dismounted soldier to operate the NUAS for two hours (It is accepted that the two hours are briefly interrupted 3-5 min coursed by change of NUAV and/or batteries). The NUAS shall be a MOTS (Military Off-The-Shelf) product previously delivered to a NATO country. The framework agreement also covers spare parts, training courses and repair services. It should be noted that personal from the Danish Defence as part of the evaluation of incoming tenders from prequalified tenderers will conduct test of the offered NUAS.
