Description

The contest concerns the delivery of kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery, framework agreement Delivery of crockery and cutlery and kitchen equipment for the refugee services and for kitchenettes is not included in the framework agreement. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Historically, the contracting authority has procured for NOK 1,200,000 excluding VAT per year in the last years. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. The maximum value, including any options and expected price increase: NOK 7,500,000 excluding VAT. See the procurement documents for further information. Lot 1: Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR, §19-4 but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of agreement. Framework agreement The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms. The framework agreement will be valid from 2023-02-01 until and including 2025-01-31. The agreement will automatically run for a further 2 years unless a notice is given by one of the parties. The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
