Description

Fredensborg Kommune udbyder levering af træpiller til kommunens bygninger med træpillefyr. Lot 1: Fredensborg Kommune udbyder levering af ca. 525 ton træpiller årligt til opvarmning af 15 ejendomme. Det anførte forbrug er skønnede mængder, udregnet på baggrund af tidligere aktivitet. Der vil blive indgået rammeaftale med én leverandør. Udbudsmaterialet bilag 3 indeholder en oversigt over leveringsadresser med angivelse af forventede mængder og antal leveringer pr. år samt distributionsforhold vedrørende den enkelte ejendom. Udbuddet gennemføres med henblik på at indgå en 3-årig rammeaftale vedrørende levering af træpiller. Kommunen har option på forlængelse i yderligere 1 år. Tilbudsgiver skal afgive en pris for perioden 1. august 2021 - 31.december 2021. Prisen pr. ton træpiller kan derefter reguleres hvert kvartal jf. kontrakten pkt. 10. Aftalen træder i kraft den 1. august 2021 og udløber den 31. juli 2024. Der tages stilling til optionen på 1 års forlængelse 6 måneder inden rammeaftalen udløber.
