M&Y Maintenance and Construction is a wholly owned commercial subsidiary of Regenda Ltd. M&Y wish to establish a DPS for provision of materials for the delivery of the services provided by M&Y including repairs, maintenance, refurbishment and construction. The DPS has been divided into 15 categories. Suppliers can apply for 1 or more categories. It is intended that the DPS will run for an initial period of 10 years. Materials will be required predominantly for works in individual, communal and residential sites but may also include commercial/industrial sites, sites of historical nature or new building sites. All applicants who meet the standard selection criteria will be admitted to the DPS. There will be no minimum or maximum number of applicants qualifying for any category. All contracts awarded via the DPS will be via a competitive tender procedure, no direct selection/award of suppliers is available. Supply of masonry materials predominantly for use in construction works to include but not limited to aggregates, bricks, blocks, cast stone and sundries. Supply of canopies predominantly for use in construction works and housing maintenance capital or investment works to include but not limited to GRP. Hire and/or purchase of plant and tools to support the delivery of construction works and housing maintenance to include but not limited to access equipment, powered access, lift and shift, surveying and location, building and site works, concreting and compaction, safety, breaking and drilling, sawing and cutting, sanding and fixing, painting and decoration, cooling, heating, pumping and drying, lighting, power, welding, plumbing and pipework, gardening and landscaping and consumables. Supply of insulation products and materials predominantly for use in construction works and housing maintenance to include but not limited to EPS insulation boards, mineral wool insulation boards, fixings, finishes and associated sundries. Supply of floor joists and roof trusses, including spandrel panels, predominantly for use in construction works. Supply of concrete and/or steel lintels predominantly for use in construction works. Supply of kitchens including adapted kitchens predominantly for use in construction works and housing maintenance to include but not limited to carcass, doors and drawer fronts, handles, hinges, end panels, plinths and corner posts, worktop, worktop trims, kitchen sinks, taps and sundries. Supply of plumbing and heating materials predominantly for use in construction works and housing maintenance to include but not limited to boilers, boiler spares, radiators, radiator valves, water treatment, heating controls, soil and waste, cylinders, copper tube, sanitaryware, taps, fixtures/fittings and sundries. Hire and/or purchase of site accommodation to support the delivery of construction works and housing maintenance to include but not limited to offices, welfare facilities, storage and power. Supply of purpose made joinery, doors windows and stairs predominantly for use in construction works to include but not limited to timber and concrete. Supply of timber predominantly for use in construction works and housing maintenance to include but not limited to skirtings, architraves, window boards and loose timber. Waste collection/disposal to support the delivery of construction works and housing maintenance. Provision, collection and disposal of waste at a registered waste transfer station including provision of disposal certificates for skips ranging in size from 2 to 40 cubic yards. Supply of all building related materials predominantly for use in construction works and housing maintenance which may include but not limited to aggregates, sand and cement, door furniture and ironmongery, fixings and adhesives, kerb, edging and walling, reinforcement products, tools and workwear, bathrooms, doors and casings, kitchens, roofing, topsoil, bark and weed control, bricks, blocks and DPC, painting and decorating, wall tiling, inspection chambers and frames, drainage, fencing and fixings, insulation, mains water, timber, doors and sheet material, cable management, flooring, plasterboard and plaster. Supply of windows predominantly for use in construction works and housing maintenance to include but not limited to PVCu framed windows and doors, aluminium framed windows, composite doors, and associated items including beading, glazing, seals, locking mechanism, top hung stash, side hung sash, fire egress, handles, hardware and fixings, night-vent, ventilation, infill panel, side lights and flag windows. Supply of fascias, PVC cladding products, soffits and bargeboard predominantly for use in construction works and housing maintenance.
