Auf dem ehem. Schlachthofareal werden neue Verwaltungsräume an ein bestehendes Gebäude angebaut. Das Gebäude wird mittels Brunnengründung im Boden verankert und ist nicht unterkellert. Darüber liegen Streifenfundamente und eine Bodenplatte aus Stahlbeton. Die Abschottung zum Bestandsgebäude erfolgt durch eine Stahlbetonwand. Die Umfassungswände werden als Holzrahmenwände ausgeführt. Innere Tragwände aus Brettsperrholz. Dach als Flachdach, Decke aus Brettsperrholz, begrünt mit PV-Anlage. Vorhangfassade aus HPL-Platten. Die Beheizung erfolgt durch Fernwärme, die einzelnen Räume erhalten eine Fußbodenheizung. Hauptmassen: Entwässerungsleitungen DN 150, 12 m Brunnengründungen 14 Stck d= 90 cm á 4,50 m tief Brunnengründungen 04 Stck d= 140 cm á 4,50 m tief Streifenfundamente, 15 m³ Bodenplatte d= 20 cm, 29 m² Stahlbetonhohlwand d= 18 cm, 20 m² Bitu-Dickbeschichtung, 40 m² Perimeterdämmung, 45 m²
