The South Downs National Park was designated in March 2010 in recognition of it's landscapes and scenic beauty, and the South Downs National Park Authority ("the Authority") was established in April 2011. The Authority is carrying out a review and update of the South Downs Local Plan (SDLP) and South Downs Partnership Management Plan (PMP). The Authority wishes to appoint a contractor to update the South Downs Visitor Accommodation Review to provide a useful evidence base to inform both in terms of the need and type of visitor accommodation, and if this varies, across the South Downs National Park up to 2042. Additional information: SDNPA use an electronic sourcing portal to manage all tendering and quotation exercises and current and future contract opportunities can be viewed at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/southdowns.
