Audit of Causeway Coastal Route [CCR]

Tourism Ireland, on behalf of Tourism Northern Ireland and Fáilte Ireland, wishes to enter into a contract with a Service Provider to undertake an audit/scoping exercise of the Causeway Coastal Route (CCR) between Derry~Londonderry and Belfast. The project will include reviewing existing signage and infrastructure across the route. Recommendations are sought to improve the current visitor experience and identify and develop Discovery Points along the route. The overarching aim of the project is to provide greater alignment/synergy between the visitor experience on the Causeway Coastal Route (CCR) with that experienced on the Wild Atlantic Way (WAW). The Contract Period will be for 5 months to deliver audit findings and recommendations, with consideration for longer retention in consultancy capacity to delivery of full programme, subject to budget, performance review, and other factors. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to retain the services of the successful supplier to assist with the procurement and management of the ultimate team who will deliver the selected driving infrastructure and Discovery Points improvements.
