Description

Award of contract following a direct award call off process being undertaken for the maintenance and upgrade of Uniform Software from Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Vertical Application Software (VAS) Framework RM6259.The system has embedded and configurable workflow management capabilities (Enterprise), refined through ongoing business process review, which drives individual caseload management and performance, through a traffic light system which identifies key tasks and miles stones and targets. It also incorporates powerful tools that enable managers to visually assess individual officer workloads and performance, allocate and reallocate cases and identify performance issues using live data.
