This framework agreement is for the provision of a High-Tech Homecare service for the purchasing, compounding, dispensing and delivery of injectable / infused anti-infective therapies, as well as the option of nurse administration initially for Patients of Member Trusts referred to (henceforth as the ‘Service’ to Participating Member Trusts. This Framework will also extend to the provision of Bedside Reconstitution if requested by the member Trusts Lot Lot 4: Ancillary Packages Framework Agreement for the provision of a High-Tech Homecare Services - IVAB/OPAT Lot Lot 3: Delivery and Nursing Framework Agreement for the provision of High-Tech Homecare Services - IVAB/OPAT Lot Lot 2: Initial Product Range Framework Agreement for the provision of High-Tech Homecare Services - IVAB/OPAT Lot Lot 1: Treatment Packages Framework Agreement for the provision of High-Tech Homecare Services - Treatment Packages.
