Fjernvarme Fyn Affald A/S ønsker at tildele en kontrakt på et skærebord til affaldsneddeler model WR 6000 S. Affaldsneddeleren er erhvervet i 1996 og da skærebordet er slidt skal dette udskiftes. Fjernvarme Fyn agter at tildele kontrakten direkte til MJ Recycling under henvisning til Forsyningsvirksomhedsdirektivet art. 50 litra c stk.ii og e: Lot 1: Fjernvarme Fyn Affald A/S ønsker at tildele en kontrakt på et skærebord til affaldsneddeler model WR 6000 S. Affaldsneddeleren er erhvervet i 1996 hos M&J Recycling og da skærebordet er slidt skal dette udskiftes. Fjernvarme Fyn agter at tildele kontrakten direkte til MJ Recycling under henvisning til Forsyningsvirksomhedsdirektivet art. 50 litra c stk.ii og e, idet denne del ikke forhandles som reservedel af andre virksomheder. Et udbud på skærebordet vil derfor ikke medføre konkurrence.
