Warrington Borough Council requires two enforcement agency for a new contract commencing early 2025. Due to the nature of the business the service will operate as a concession with fees set by central government being paid from the debtor to the agency. Lot 1: The current contract is due to expire early January 2025 and WBC wishes to award a contract to two enforcement agencies to collect parking fine debt and bus lane debt on its behalf. Due to the nature of the service it will operate as a concession and the agencies will collect their fees from the debtor.
