Wiltshire Council is seeking a Contractor for its Term highways maintenance service. This includes construction, foundation and surface works, routine, reactive and safety maintenance, repairs and cleansing operations, signing and lining, repairs and maintenance to structures, drainage CCTV investigations and repairs, and street lighting maintenance repairs and replacements. The provision of parish stewards and out of hours emergency services and a winter maintenance service for the provision of drivers on standby to operate the Councils Gritter fleet. The Minimum Spend is £3 million pa, The average spend is £15 million per annum and the potential spend is £30 million per annum depending on funding from other sources. TUPE will also apply to this contract.
