This information note is being publicly shared via Find a Tender Service and Contracts Finder, making it accessible to all suppliers in the market.<br/><br/>The Department of Health and Social Care (The Authority) is seeking information and insights from Potential Suppliers in relation to development of the Ambulance Radio Programme (ARP) Network Infrastructure Services requirements. <br/><br/>This engagement supports the development of delivery models for the current Ambulance Radio Programme used by NHS Ambulance Trusts across England, with optional users Scotland, and Wales Ambulance. <br/><br/>How to apply:<br/><br/>Please email arp@dhsc.gov.uk quoting "Ambulance Radio Programme Network Infrastructure - expression of interest" in the subject line and request a non-disclosure agreement in the body of your email. Lot 1: There is no planned procurement activity relating to the publication of this Prior Information Notice (PIN).<br/><br/>For the avoidance of doubt this is not a call for competition nor a procurement and therefore it will have a monetary payment value of £0 attached for this engagement. <br/><br/>The sole purpose of the PIN is to invite interested suppliers to respond to a Request for Information (RFI) which will inform the development of the specification/s, help identify the route/s to market and potential contractual mechanisms for the APR future solutions. <br/><br/>Responses to the RFI may be carried forward, for the purposes of developing the ARP requirements and informing the next steps but will NOT be used nor acknowledged in any way for the purpose of evaluating/qualifying any Potential Supplier, in any subsequent formal competitive process. Additional information: How to apply:<br/><br/>Please email arp@dhsc.gov.uk quoting "Ambulance Radio Programme Network Infrastructure - expression of interest" in the subject line and request a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in the body of your email.<br/><br/>Potential Suppliers must sign and return an NDA to the Authority by 15 November 2024 @ 16:00 hours UK time, before being granted accessing to any further information related to the requirements in development.<br/><br/>Once signed NDA's are received by the Authority we anticipate:<br/><br/>RFI will be published: 18 November 2024 via e-sourcing;<br/>RFI Response Deadline via e-sourcing: 20 December 2024 @ 14:00 UK Time.<br/><br/>The Authority will make every effort to maintain the indicative timetable however this may be subject to alteration.
