Derudover ønsker Aarhus Kommune en option på: — Bookingsystem — Tilkobling af øvrige køretøjer. Lot 1: Med dette udbud ønsker Aarhus Kommune at indkøbe: — En løsning til flådestyring samt en option på et bookingsystem, som kan indeholdes i flådestyringssystemet. — En webbaseret it-løsning og tilhørende hardware, som er nødvendigt til at tracke systemet. — Monteringsarbejder — Etablering af systemet — Undervisning og support. Nærværende udbudte kontrakt er ikke opdelt i delkontrakter. Begrundelsen herfor er de markedsmæssige hensyn. Ordregiver skønner, at kontraktens genstand og omfang betyder, at ordregiver ikke kan drage fordel af konkurrencesituationen, såfremt kontrakten opdeles i delkontrakter.
