Description

Specific use cases are yet to be determined and will be commisioned through individual SOWs following the award of this call-off contract. An example use case will be provided to the shortlisted suppliers for stage 2 technical assessment which is expected to take 9 months. Use cases need to be embedded within a DHP ecosystem, which is an approach that enables healthcare providers to rapidly respond to strategic initiatives and external uncertainties using modern cloud platforms and services. Open data standards need to be used throughout to ensure that clinical data is modelled in high quality, there is transparent accountability for the handling of data by providers, and information may be managed in a distributed fashion. The purpose of Adapt+ open data project is to ensure better sharing of complete patient information between all parties involved in the delivery of mental health services both within the SABP and with external partners. The business problem SABP provide mental health, drug and alcohol and learning disability services for people of all ages and a broad range of community services, integrated health and social care, specialised therapy and treatment services, early intervention and detection programmes. SABP provide over 140 services and cares for circa 45,000 service users. The business drivers are to improve management of day-to-day operational services with external partners, build and strengthen the Surrey ICS, and contribute effectively to population health management in the ICS.
