Wir beabsichtigen eine integrierte Proteinkristallisationsanlage zu erwerben, die als funktio-nelle Pipeline für die effiziente Züchtung von Proteinkristallen dienen soll. Die so gewonnenen Kristalle werden anschließend mit Hilfe von Röntgenstrahlung an Synchrotronquellen analysiert und die daraus resultierenden Beugungsdaten zur Aufklärung der dreidimensionalen, atomaren Struktur des Proteinmoleküls verwendet.
