Description

Devon County Council (DCC) is currently running a business support programme funded by UK Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF) until March 2025 called Prosper. Prosper offers a range of support to businesses and start-ups in Mid Devon, East Devon, and Exeter. Support is delivered through a mixture of in-person and online support, on a 1-2-1 or workshop basis. Prosper support is split into four Lots: General business support, Green business support, Entrepreneur support, & Job creation and safeguarding support. These lots support DCC and it's local authority partners to meet the aims of SPF and achieve specific SPF outputs and outcomes. However, business demand has changed in Mid Devon and it's necessary to procure more general and start up support here instead of jobs created.
