Entreprisen inkluderer følgende arbejder: A) Etablering af Nyt Ledningsanlæg: Dette inkluderer konstruktion af nødvendige brønde og omkoblinger af eksisterende stik. Specifikt fokuseres der på: I. Ledningsanlæg for håndtering af tag- og vejvand (regnvand), II. Ledningsanlæg for sanitært spildevand. B) Byggegruber: Projektet indebærer etablering af to større byggegrupper til nye HOFOR-ejede spildevandspumpestationer. C) Nye Stik for Vejafvanding: Inkluderer tilslutning til det nye regnvandsanlæg i hele projektområdet. D) Midlertidige Overløbsforbindelser: Etablering af midlertidige forbindelser mellem det nye spildevandsanlæg og den eksisterende fællesledning. E) Afkobling af Eksisterende Bebyggelse: I. Afkobling af tagvand fra tagflader, der vender mod veje med ny-etablerede regnvandsledninger, II. Etablering af byggegrupper inklusive trykudligningsbrønde for mindre private spildevandspumper.
