Voluntary ex-ante transparency notice: Analysis and reporting service to calculate cost per patient (CPP) for the health trusts in the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority

The health trusts are required to give the authorities periodic reports on Cost Per Patient (CPP). The Norwegian Directorate of Health is the recipient of this report, which is used for public statistics and analyses, among other things. The Norwegian Directorate of Health has a model that it updates regularly, which forms the template for reporting from the hospitals. Existing solutions are end-of-life, and the health trusts need a new contract to meet the requirements of the Norwegian Directorate of Health. Lot 1: The Norwegian Hospital Partnership [Sykehuspartner HF] intends to enter into an ongoing service purchase agreement (SSA-L) with Logex AS for the migration of the existing Cost Per Patient (CPP) service and ongoing online purchases of CPP services. The Norwegian Hospital Partnership [Sykehuspartner HF] is publishing this voluntary ex-ante transparency notice on behalf of Sykehuspartner HF. The estimated value of the agreement of NOK 30,000,000 is the estimated use of the agreement over four years.
