Highland Residential (Inverness) Ltd is inviting tender bids from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver stairwell cleaning and maintenance to the (26 sites) 49 communal stairwells currently factored by HIGHLAND RESIDENTIAL across the Highland region. Highland Residential (Inverness) Ltd is inviting tender bids from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver stairwell cleaning and maintenance to the (26 sites) 49 communal stairwells currently factored by HIGHLAND RESIDENTIAL across the Highland region. The works comprise the provision of communal stairwell cleaning and maintenance, including the following, The regular maintenance of owner occupier and tenanted stairwells. The cleaning and maintenance of surfaces and finishes. The cleaning of fixtures and fittings. Fixtures: eg., light fixtures, alarm panels and hardware, door entry systems. Fittings: eg., pictures, notices, blinds and rails, entrance mats. Routine maintenance tasks such as leaf clearance from entrances and cleaning of external steps. The reporting to the Customer of items such as obstacles within the stairwell, cases of vandalism, inoperative light fixtures. The contract duration will be for a period of 3 years commencing on 1st April 2022. The contract(s) will be managed by Highland Residential Factoring Services team, specifically by The Factoring Services Officer (FSO). Any issues relating to tenancy services and engaging with residents living on these estates should also be passed through the Factoring Services team.
