Für die Absicherung des TI-Dienstes KIM in medico muss eine Schutzsoftware eingebunden werden. Momentan kann CGM medico dies nur mit der Ergänzung der TrendMicro-Lösung, die wir im Einsatz haben. Der Trend Micro Deep Discovery Analyzer (DDAN) ist eine dedizierte Sandbox Appliance. Die Hauptaufgabe der Sandbox besteht darin, verdächtige oder unbekannte Dateien und URLs in einer sicheren gekapselten Umgebung völlig automatisch auszuführen, um potenzielle Bedrohungen zu identifizieren, bewerten und zu verstehen, wie sie funktionieren. Hierdurch wird die Erkennungsleistung gegenüber herkömmlicher AntiVirenScanner-Technologien deutlich erweitert.
