Die DVG beabsichtigt, in dem Zeitraum bis 2030 die gesamte Dieselbus-Flotte auf Busse mit Brennstoffzellenantrieb umzustellen. Hierfür sollen zu Beginn 11 Solo-Niederflur-Stadtlinien-Busse sowie 14 Gelenk-Niederflur-Stadtlinien-Busse mit Brennstoffzellenantrieb beschafft werden. Der Zeitplan sieht eine verbindliche Lieferung von 11 Solo-Niederflur-Stadtlinien-Bussen bis spätestens Ende 2024 und eine Lieferung von 14 Gelenk-Niederflur-Stadtlinien-Bussen bis spätestens Ende 2025 vor. Die DVG beabsichtigt zudem einen (Full-)Service-Vertrag über voraussichtlich 2 Jahre zzgl. Verlängerungsoptionen bis zur Erreichung einer Gesamtlaufleistung von ca. 600.000 km je Fahrzeug abzuschließen. Lot 1: Lieferung und Wartung von 14 Gelenk-Niederflur-Stadtlinien-Bussen mit Brennstoffzellenantrieb sowie 11 Solo-Niederflur-Stadtlinien-Bussen mit Brennstoffzellenantrieb
