Replacement and modification of the existing fire alarm system to assure the entire fire alarm system in compliance with up-to-date regulations.\r v. Replacement of the nurse call system throughout the building. \r vi. Installation of infrastructure for new WiFi system.\r vii. Other miscellaneous such as relocation of the existing uninterrupted power supply and upgrade of the existing automatic transfer switch etc.\r \r at Alexandra Way Residential Care Home, 3 Alexandra Way, Thornbury, BS35 1LA.\r \r The Contractor shall appoint a full-time site-based representative (i.e. site/contract manager) throughout the works on site. It is expected the Contractor will have to work longer weekdays and weekends during the works period to complete the work within the contract programme requirements and include these costs in their tender.\r \r The works shall be carried out in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. The Contractors will need to demonstrate they are fully conversant with their responsibilities under the Regulations in their tender return and allow for all costs associated with their management of the Contract.\r \r The whole of the works are to be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the JCT Standard Building Contract without Quantities 2016, published on behalf of The Joint Contracts Tribunal Limited by Thomson Reuters (Legal) Limited trading as Sweet & Maxwell. The Contractor shall obtain a copy of The Joint Contracts Tribunal Limited Standard Building Contract without Quantities 2016 and shall make themselves aware of the conditions therein.\r
