The Council has been successful in receiving a grant from the government’s swimming pool support fund for the installation of triple glazing at both Penrith Leisure Centre and Appleby Leisure Centre. The contract includes the removal of the existing fenestrations and their replacement with triple glazing, to meet a target U value of 0.7 W/m2K, as specified within PLC Triple Glazing Specification and ALC Windows and Doors Specification. The contractor will review the documents and prepare a final design for review prior to install. Keywords: Triple Glazing
