Dublin City Council Road Maintenance Services propose to establish and operate a Framework with a single contractor to carry out small isolated repair works on the footway and roadway in and city and suburban area within the Dublin City Council Administrative Area under the terms of the Public Works Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract and under the direction of the Area Engineer and/or Inspectorate of Road Maintenance. These works are response maintenance type works. Dublin City Council Road Maintenance will act as the Client and the role of Works Contractor will include PSCS, Designer and PSDP for the works. Separate SAQ’s (and associated Appendices) need to be completed for the role of: 1. Works Contractor and PSCS (QW1 and 3.4.1 HS Works Contractor and 3.4.2 HS PSCS) 2. Designer (SR20 - PSDP Competence Assessment) 3. PSDP (SR21 – Designer Competence Assessment) Only those Applicants capable of delivering all the services listed above without exception (whether in-house or as a grouping/consortium or by relying on the resources of another party or parties) will be considered. Therefore applications relating to one or several of these disciplines but not all will be rejected. Works involve the following activities: •Roadway repairs (flexible) •Footway repairs (concrete) •Traffic management associated with the works Please note that this project is subject to funding.
