Swansea Council intends to re-roof 61 shared porch roofs and treat 36 canopy’s to 144 no. domestic properties located at Gorseinon & Loughor, Swansea. The Works comprise of the complete removal of existing flat roof waterproof sheet coverings and subsequent re-roofing of porches roofs and flat roofs, accompanied with the renewal of fascia boards, rainwater goods and associated works.
