La présente consultation porte sur l'acquisition d'un engin type chariot élévateur d'occasion d'une capacité nominale comprise entre 14 000kg et 16 000kg pour les besoins de l'aire de carénage du Port de la Rague. La prestation comprend la fourniture, le transport, la livraison de l'engin, l'installation sur site et la formation des agents à son utilisation.En application de l'article R.2185-1 du Code de la commande publique, une précédente consultation a fait l'objet d'une déclaration sans suite pour cause d'infructuosité en raison d'une seule offre remise s'avérant irrégulière. La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1°, R.2131-18, R.2132-2, R.2132-4 à R 2132-6, R.2143-1 à R.2143-2, R.2151-1 à R 2151-5, R.2161-2 à R.2161-5, R.2161-4 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un marché ordinaire passé à prix global et forfaitaire.
