Lincolnshire Police would like to scope the market for a fully converted shipping container (turnkey solution on delivery) for use as an Agency Hub to be located on Mablethorpe seafront. The aspiration is for this Hub to be open to the public by April 2025. Full Planning Permission has been granted with no conditions or restrictions. The requirements are detailed within the attached document. The Force would value information from potential suppliers on estimated cost and delivery / lead times. We also please ask for a method of work document. This will need to fully detail how the structure is being delivered onto / installed onto the promenade. It should also provide details on things like how much the structure weighs, how wide it is and whether any vehicles will require access to the promenade to get the unit in place.
