NH&SCT – Refurbishment of Whiteabbey Hospital Theatres

Description

An Economic Operator [Building Contractor] is required to refurbish the existing Whiteabbey Hospital Operating Theatres. Work will include ventilation installation, Firecode Works along with minor alterations and finishes. In addition the Health & Social Care Trust seeks to compile lists of Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to undertake the associated Mechanical and Electrical Works. The Building Contractor [Main Contractor] will only be permitted to enter into Domestic Sub - Contract arrangements with Mechanical or Electrical Contractors named on these lists. NOTE EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST ARE REQUIRED.
