Rammeaftale om levering af anti riot udstyr. Der er ca. 11 000 polititjenestemænd i Dansk Politi, og heraf deltager en del i det mobil-taktiske indsatskoncept (MIK). Det mobiltaktiske indsatskoncept bliver taget i brug ved større demonstrationer, fodboldkampe eller større arrangementer, hvor politiet skal stille i større mængder ved uroligheder. Politiet vil i disse situationer skifte den daglige uniform ud med en heldragts uniform. Under dragten benyttes ekstra udrustning (anti riot udstyr), så som brynje, ben- og lårbeskyttelse samt handsker. Rammeaftalen omfatter brynje, ben- og lårbeskyttelse samt handsker.
