Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing is looking to procure new construction professional services consultant frameworks (not limited to architects, employers agents, cost consultant, surveys, subject matter expertise, etc.) aligned to its future capital program and to renew and enhance the current frameworks that come to an end in January 2021. MTVH anticipate that a competition notice will be advertised between April-June 2020. Architectural services. Further description to be defined in the competition notice. Employer's agent services. Further description to be provided in the competition notice. Engineering services including structural and mechanical and electrical expertise. Further description to be provided in the competition notice. Survey and inspection services. Further description to be provided in the competition notice. Fire consultancy and assurance services.
