Das Haus 10 des kbo-Isar-Amper-Klinkums Taufkichen (Vils) beinhaltet drei allgemein-psychiatrische Stationen und soll an der Südwestseite durch einen Raucherbalkon und eine als 2. baulicher Rettungsweg notwendige Außentreppe in Stahlbauweise erweitert werden. Der Raucherbalkon wird mit einer geschlossenen, winddichten Fassade (aus Plattenmaterial) umhüllt. Im Bereich des Treppenhauses ist eine offene wind- und lichtdurchlässige Fassade (aus perforierten Metallelementen) geplant. Im Zuge der Fundamentarbeiten werden zudem auch Tiefbauarbeiten (Kanalumlegung) vorgenommen.
