Description

Linc-Cymru Housing Association Limited (‘Linc’) have a potential requirement for Energy Brokerage, Bill Validation and Bureau services and are seeking to better understand the services on offer in the marketplace. Linc proposes to use the insight about the service offerings of potential providers to shape its requirements and ultimately its approach to procuring an appropriate solution for its requirements. Lot 1: Linc-Cymru Housing Association Limited (‘Linc’) are a Welsh Registered Social Landlord with general needs, independent living and nursing home stock. Linc is reviewing its requirements in respect of Energy Management Services and wishes to gain further insight around the types of economic operators currently within the marketplace and the range of services they could provide. Linc has developed a short online survey for interested economic operators to complete in order to better understand the potential service offerings available. The survey should be completed by no later than 12:00 Hours (noon) GMT on Thursday 24 March 2022 and can be accessed via: https://tinyurl.com/2suc2h5x. Following closure of the survey, Linc will review the responses and use data gathered to inform the next steps in the development of their requirements and approach to procurement of a contract. Depending on the responses received, Linc may subsequently contact a selection of the respondents with follow-up questions. It is important to note that this Prior Information Notice is not intended to confirm or indicate Linc’s firm intention to award a contract following any specific type of procurement process. Linc reserves the absolute right to award a contract via any compliant Framework Agreement or Dynamic Purchasing System open to it covering their finalised requirements, to work with an existing Centralised Purchasing Organisation that provides similar services directly or not to award a contract and utilise internal resources to procure energy directly. It is noted interested economic operators may wish to send brochures or hold direct calls / meetings with Linc representatives to explain more about their organisation and service offering. Please note Linc will not be in a position to reply to survey responses individually nor to guarantee to meet with any specific economic operator.. The survey should be completed by no later than 12:00 Hours (noon) GMT on Thursday 24 March 2022 and can be accessed via: https://tinyurl.com/2suc2h5x.
