Framework agreement for the procurement, hire and inspection of electro medical and medical technical equipment

Description

Haugesund Municipality, henceforth also referred to as the contracting authority, intends to enter into a framework agreement for procurement, hire, leasing and inspection of electro medical and medical technical equipment. The contract also includes maintenance for the current medical equipment such as beds, person lifts, person lifters, etc., which are not included in the manufacturers’ maintenance agreement. Lot 1: The contract includes: Procurement of electro medical equipment and medical technical equipment (e.g., blood pressure apparatuses, ECG apparatuses, blood sugar apparatuses, person lifters, ceiling lifts, etc.). Procurement of accessories and consumables for newly procured equipment and for the existing equipment. Maintenance of electro medical equipment. Maintenance of medical technical equipment such as beds, person lifts, person lifters, etc. Annual inspection of medical technical equipment and electro medical equipment in accordance with the current directives. The contract does not include: Where there is an existing contract with previous suppliers/manufacturers of the equipment for the procurement of accessories and consumables for existing equipment. Where the consumables are universal (not exclusive for the type of equipment), and are included in another framework agreement for medical consumables. Maintenance of equipment covered by the manufacturer or previous suppliers' existing maintenance contracts. Procurement of beds, as the municipality has another framework agreement for beds. The contracting authority can choose to outsource the procurement of major supplements/procurements of equipment with a total value of more than NOK 250,000. The parties have the option to terminate the contract with 9 months written notice during the entire contract period.
