Mid Ulster District Council, on behalf of the Mid Ulster Labour Market Partnership (LMP), is seeking Tender Submissions from suitably experienced organisation(s) to develop and deliver a NEETS Wellbeing and Employability Programme for young people not engaged in education, employment or training (NEETS) in Mid Ulster. This project is funded by the Department for Communities (DfC). The Council is keen to appoint an organisation(s) that will provide an innovative, evidence-based approach to improving the mental health of residents furthest from the labour market by providing tools and practical exercises to remove mental health barriers, allowing participants to move closer to meaningful employment or return to education.
