Description

This project (Project: 101091659 — QCI.DK — DIGITAL-2021-QCI-01), is part of the EuroQCI. This tender call is for the 200 km long stretch between Odense and Copenhagen with an estimated attenuation of about 60 dB. To cover this span, 3-4 trusted nodes are planned. Fewer trusted nodes will be preferred as that will decrease the number of devices needed as well as decrease maintenance. The trusted nodes will have racks that are 19 inch wide (19’’ in metric units: 482.6 mm) that allow for a depth of up to 24 inches (24’’ in metric units: 609.6 mm), the height can be up to 3 rack units (5.25 inch in metric units: 133.35 mm). An important factor is stability. DTU expect delivery on time and that the system will be able to run for years (at least 2) with little to no maintenance. Whatever maintenance there will be in the first 2 years shall be included in the price.
