Subscription Management Platform for Ordnance Survey (OS) Maps

Published

Description

Ordnance Survey ("OS") requires a Subscription Management Platform that can plug into the OS Maps web estate to allow both UK and international based customers to purchase and manage their subscriptions and account details. OS Maps is OS' award-winning outdoor app; providing access to all 607 OS Leisure maps, over 1.5 million routes across the whole of Great Britain as well as a host of mapping & navigation features to help customers make the most of their time outdoors. Whether the user is planning a walk, hike, run or ride; OS Maps allows the customer to create more adventures with trusted mapping, routes & navigation tools created by Ordnance Survey. The app not only hosts thousands of ready-made routes that the users can explore, but it also allows the customer to create their own quick and easy to plot routes to follow. The customer can create/select the route they wish to follow either on the website or in the app, download the route to the app and follow from there, without the need for signal, when they are on the go. Currently the OS Maps total active web subscriptions volume sits at 200,000, with around 250,000 transactions per year for both new purchases and renewals, with a revenue of around £6.5 million each year.
