Die EDG Holding GmbH beabsichtigt für ihre Tochtergesellschaften (DOGA, WELGE und DOLOG) eine betriebliche Altersvorsorgeversicherung für ihre Mitarbeiter zu installieren. Dabei soll den Arbeitnehmern der Verbundgesellschaften eine über die Leistungen der gesetzlichen Altersvorsorge hinausgehende betriebliche Altersvorsorge gewährleistet werden. Lot 1: Die EDG Holding GmbH beabsichtigt für ihre Tochtergesellschaften (DOGA, WELGE und DOLOG), eine betriebliche Altersvorsorge für ihre Mitarbeiter zu installieren. Dabei soll den Arbeitnehmern der Verbundgesellschaften ein über die Leistungen der gesetzlichen Altersvorsorge hinausgehende betriebliche Altersvorsorge gewährleistet werden. Der voraussichtlich zu versichernde Personenkreis besteht aus den Beschäftigten der DOGA, WELGE und DOLOG. Dies sind derzeit 383 Mitarbeiter (Stand: 12.09.2022).
