Yotta Limited has transferred all of its rights, obligations and liabilities under the Contract to Causeway Technologies Limited as part of the business transfer. A Deed of Novation to G Cloud 12 Call-Off Contract for Highways & Street-Lighting Asset Management System has been executed by both parties.
