Kumla Bostäder AB avser med denna upphandling att i tidigt skede utse en lämplig samverkanspartner, med syfte att inom en totalentreprenad i samverkan nyproducera två (2) flerbostadshus inklusive en (1) LSS-enhet inom delar av kvarteret Ejdern i Kumla kommun. Projektering i Fas 1 och produktion i Fas 2 ska genomföras i samverkan mellan B och TE med ambition om projektering under H1 2023 och produktionsstart under H2 2023.
