Description

Fire Alarm Support Contractor Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of a Fire Alarm Support Contractor Project Description Swindon Borough Council (SBC), wishes to submit to tender the requirements for the provision of a fire alarm support contractor to complete testing on our complex fire alarm systems, including planned and reactive maintenance. Repair support on fire systems to support our in-house team, as well as emergency out of hours support for all fire alarm systems, this includes both conventional types and addressable systems located within all buildings owned and managed by Swindon Borough Council for a period of 2 years + 2 year optional extension period to start on 1st May 2024. The initial contract term will be for 24 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months (1 periods of 24 months) for a potential total contract term of 4 years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is between £135,000 and £138,000 across the initial 2 year contract term and between £270,000 and £276,000 across the potential total 4 year contract term.
