Description
The project aims to support the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine in building a more inclusive economy and labour force with incentives and opportunities for women and marginalised groups to find employment and/or start their business. The project will focus on three key objectives: • Empower the Ministry of Economy (MoE) to foster an inclusive and diverse workforce through improved data-driven policies and regulations. • Prepare war veterans for pursuing their professional careers after transitioning from military to civilian life through needs assessment, skills training and mentorship. • Improve business skills of female entrepreneurs through the women's economic empowerment programme "Grow 2.0" by taking a cross-sectional approach to engage with internally displaced women, female war veterans, partners of military personnel, and women living in rural areas.
