Work towards system wide working across statutory boundaries to more holistically support people to gain access to the resources need to improve their mental wellbeing. The service requirement described below will be easily accessed by public and professionals alike. There is no referral pathway ‘in’ and may be numerous pathways on to other help and support. The service will be available for everyone, including those who are struggling with mental health challenges who are also carers. We hope there will be something for everyone.
