The Provision of Temporary Accommodation via a Framework Agreement

Clackmannanshire Council are looking to enter into a Framework Agreement with a number of proprietors in order to offer a selection of temporary accommodation provision to individual , couples and occasionally families who present as homeless to the council. The Agreement will be for a period of three years with the option to extend for one further year if required. All successful tenders will form part of a Multi-supplier Framework designed to assist the council with its responsibilities. The Council has recently required up to 15 external accommodation placements each night throughout the year. We hope to reduce this however in the current environment we cannot guarantee this. Lot 1: Accommodation inside Clackmannanshire Provision of accommodation within Clackmannanshire council boundary only which would meet requirements of the Unsuitable Accommodation Order (https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ssi/2020/139/contents/made) Lot 2: Accommodation Outside Clackmannanshire Provision of temporary accommodation outwith Clackmannanshire council boundary. Lot 3: Any other mechanism providers propose that would meet the accommodation needs of homeless households. Provision of temporary accommodation in the event of an emergency.
