Description

The works will comprise of undertaking Boiler, Radiators and Pipework replacements to meet Welsh Housing Quality Standards Works will include the removal of existing floor or wall mounted boilers and installation of new wall mounted Worcester Greenstar 25i/30i NG ERP Combination Boilers with service interval programmers. This includes an upgrade to the heating controls e.g. room thermostat, programmer, and thermostatic radiator valves (TRVs) as required. There are 49No. properties in total (subject to change) of traditional construction and various architypes. (See Property Address List enclosed for details).
