This is a notice to the market for market engagement on a planned future Service procurement under the Healthcare Service Provider Selection Regime (PSR). The service is a Parent-Infant Mental Health Service. This service for Kent will engage with families embedding support and developing relationships with their child at conception. We want to support parents throughout pregnancy and once born who have complex relationships with their child to enable, empower and develop stronger relationships as is fundamental to a child’s overall development Clinical psychologists, occupational therapists, specialist infant mental health practitioners, psychotherapists, website and app designers will bring a range of skills to help deliver this new and ground breaking service for Kent. You will be flexible in your approach to meet the differing needs of our population including children in deep poverty as well as neuro divergent parents. The use of screening tools such as GAD 7, PHQ9 and MORS to measure (along with clinical triage and intervention) to identify need and the appropriate response, pathway and level of intervention required. The service will work as a team supporting families with identified needs who may have been referred by health visiting service, accredited VIG practitioners and trained baby massage practitioners. The themes of this workshop will focus on: a) developing the authority’s requirements and approach to the procurement. b) designing a procedure, conditions of participation or award criteria. c) preparing the tender notice and associated tender documents. d) identifying suppliers that may be able to supply the goods, services or works required. e) identifying likely contractual terms. f) building capacity among suppliers in relation to the contract being awarded.
